Strategy: Your step-by-step plan
Strategy is deciding what to do first, and what to say no to. It’s how you win.

- Pick your target user (who)
- Pick the main problem (what)
- Pick your unique way to solve it (how)
- Plan your next 6–12 months (when)
- Say “no” to ideas that don’t help this plan
